I ordered my plenum late in the day on Thursday the 13Th. It shipped on Friday the 14th and delivered to me on the 18Th. I would have received my item sooner if not for the fact that it shipped just before the weekend. The plenum arrived in good condition and is already assembled and in service. I felt the level of service received was exemplary. Give this company a shot.
16x12x46 inches came just as ordered with end cap.well packaged. was used for return air plenum work was in a tight crawl space so KD worked out well. Would order again for sure.
